Legalvisio GmbH is one of the leading cloud providers that digitalises processes in law firms with its software for lawyers and notaries.
With the acquisition of the "Kanzlei Manager" software solution from the Cologne-based company GKO, the knowledge from a tried and tested software from 1988 can be combined with the modern cloud approach of the Legalvisio software and the offer for the customers of the two software solutions can be optimised even further.
The revolutionary approach of the law firm manager at the time was to "think from the file" in the software. This idea is carried forward, as the user-friendliness of the software is also a priority for Legalvisio.
About Legalvisio
Legalvisio GmbH was founded in 2016 in cooperation between the Cologne law firm Wilde Beuger Solmecke (WBS) and HW Partners AG in Bonn. It is part of the Scopevisio Group AG.
Legalvisio aims to digitalise the work of lawyers and law firms. The solution is not designed on the drawing board, but is based on the experience of the lawyers and developers who form a team. During development, particular emphasis is placed on feedback from clients by giving them the opportunity to help shape Legalvisio.
The core functions include the digital file (e.g. document management, time recording, file accounting), law firm management (e.g. calendar, deadlines, contact management), the finance area (e.g. accounting, bookkeeping, controlling) as well as administrative functionalities (e.g. user group management, role assignment, authorisations).
The Legalvisio team sees itself not only as a software developer, but also as a partner in the digitalisation of law firms, so that they receive all the knowledge and support they need to use the software in their offices.
